Every engagement starts by listening. Conversations across the organization, from leadership to the people doing the work, before I recommend anything. The next steps I present depends on what I find. Here are some potential engagements.

Organizational Diagnostic

The entry point for organizations that are stuck and cannot clearly name why. Results are inconsistent. Good people are frustrated. Decisions are not landing the way they should.

This engagement surfaces the root causes through structured discovery across the organization, from leadership to the people doing the work. Deliverables are a Current State Summary, a 90 Day Foundation Plan, and a 12 to 18 month Strategic Roadmap the team helps build and own.

Runs approximately 12 weeks.

The Quadrant Workshop

For organizations that need clarity on where to focus before committing to a full engagement — or for leadership teams that want a structured conversation about what is actually working.

The Quadrant maps your core business capabilities on two axes: how important each capability is to the business and how well it is actually working today. The result is a visual that gives every person in the room the same picture at the same time. For many leadership teams it is the first time they have had that conversation.

Priorities stop being negotiated and start being decided.

Runs three to four facilitated sessions.

Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery

For manufacturers and contractors who need a plan that actually works when something goes wrong, not a document that collects dust on a shelf.

A key supplier goes dark. A facility loses power for three days. A critical employee is unreachable and no one else knows how the system works. This is not the moment to find out your business continuity plan does not work.

This engagement builds scenario-based playbooks your team can actually pick up and run. It starts with understanding what you have today and where your real exposures are. The plans are built from there. They are owned by named roles inside your organization, not filed away.

Runs 18 to 20 weeks.

Strategic Advisor Retainer

For leaders who are building and need a thinking partner at the leadership level whose only obligation is to the organization.

Every advisor you have is paid to tell you something specific. None of them are paid to tell you the truth about the whole picture. This engagement fills that gap.

A monthly executive strategy session. Quarterly organizational reviews. Decision support on material decisions before they go sideways. Governance guardrails that protect the organization from losing focus.

This is not execution support. It is not project management or vendor oversight. It is a structured relationship designed to build internal capacity over time, not dependency on an outside advisor.

Six month minimum
